1. Sign In to Blogger

3. Open the Earnings Tab
The next step in creating your AdSense account on Blogger is to open the Earnings tab. This option is in the left navigation menu.
4. Create AdSense Account for Blogger
If you don't have an AdSense account associated with the Google account you're signed in to, go to your earnings page and you'll see an item in the middle of the screen that says "Create an AdSense account". If it is already there, it will say "Connect to AdSense" .
