Punjab Mazdoor Card For the first time in the history of Pakistan, the PTI government of Punjab presented Mazdoor Card after the Sehat and Kissan Card. Mazdoor Card can be used as a credit card in addition to an identification number. Mazdoor Card can be used to access ATM cards, debit card vault accounts, ATMs as well as identification codes.
The Punjab government has issued the Punjab Mazdoor Card to help workers across the province.
What is the Benefits of Punjab Mazdoor Card
According to the details, a total of 1.2 million workers registered with the Punjab Social Welfare Department will benefit from Mazdoor Card.
Workers can use the Punjab Mazdoor Card as an identification card as well as as a debit card at hospitals and clinics affiliated with the Social Security Institute and at registered private hospitals across the state.
The Mazdoor card will be linked to the Sehat Sahulat program and various government loan programs. Additionally, the government has opened bank accounts for 1.2 million workers as part of this initiative.
In addition, workers can also avail Industrial Workers Housing Scheme and Aquatom with Punjab Mazdoor Card. This has many other benefits like 30% off products from more than 130 companies.
