Farmers with land area between 1 to 12.5 acres will benefit from tractors with a capacity of 50 to 65 horsepower.
Farmers with land between 12.5 to 50 acres will benefit from tractors with a capacity of 75 to 85 horsepower.
=>Under the Green Tractor Scheme, the Punjab government will provide a subsidy of PKR 1.5 million. A total of 20,000 tractors will be distributed during the period 2024-25. Farmers must have a Kisan Card to avail the scheme.
Green Tractor Scheme 2024 Punjab CM Tractor Subsidy Scheme
Prime Minister Maryam Nawaz has approved the Punjab Green Tractor Scheme 2024 for farmers. The Prime Minister announced 70 per cent subsidy for low-power tractors and 50 per cent subsidy for high-power tractors. As proposed by Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, the number of tractors available under the Punjab Green Tractor Scheme has been increased to 10,000 units across Punjab. The Prime Minister directed to complete the first phase of the Punjab Green Tractor Scheme within a year.

Eligibility Criteria for Punjab Govt Green Tractor Scheme 2024
The scheme targets small and medium-sized farmers. Land ownership should not exceed 50 acres and minimum land must be 6 acres.
Prospective applicants must show active involvement in farming activities, including cultivating crops or managing farmland.
Furthermore, the scheme prioritizes farmers who have not previously benefited from similar government subsidies or schemes
